Looking for something new to watch in Tamil this week? The October 25–31 window has a mix of recent streaming arrivals, Tamil-language content and upcoming titles listed for the final days of the month. Release dates can vary by region, so it is worth checking the streaming app before planning a movie night.
Dorothy — Netflix
Dorothy is among the recent Tamil streaming titles listed for October 23. The film’s story centres on a woman whose arrival challenges the established social order in a village, pushing people around her to reconsider long-held attitudes and relationships.
If you enjoy character-driven drama and stories about social expectations, check the film’s listing and available language options on Netflix.
Meesaya Murukku 2 — check current listings
Meesaya Murukku 2 has appeared in recent Tamil OTT release reports, but its precise availability should be confirmed directly on the platform. Search the SonyLIV app for the title before assuming it is playable in your region.
What is coming later this week?
Recent release trackers list Baththa for Netflix on October 29 and Immortal for SonyLIV on October 30. These dates should be treated as reported listings until verified against the platforms’ own pages. Availability can change, and a title’s listing does not always mean it is available in every country.
For viewers who prefer series and reality television, the current Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10 episodes remain another option to follow through the week.
How to avoid missing a release
- Search the title directly in your streaming app.
- Check whether the listing includes Tamil audio or subtitles.
- Verify the date and local availability before subscribing just for one title.
- Review your existing subscriptions before paying for another service.
Choose your next watch
For a recent drama, start by checking Dorothy. If you are waiting for a later-week release, save the reported dates for Baththa and Immortal, then confirm them closer to the day. A quick search inside each platform is the safest way to avoid disappointment.
